 We have partnered with Zego/PayLease to provide our residents and HOA members with a convenient and secure way to pay rent and dues.

With Zego/PayLease, payments can be made online using a credit card or through automatic monthly drafts. Their user-friendly platform is supported by robust security measures and excellent customer service.

  2.  Please do not mail cash; ONLY send a check or money order
  3. Deposit funds into an HGC Property Management account.  Please contact the office for deposit information
  4. Contact the office for an ACH form for auto drafts
