Unlike some management companies, we don’t burden you with hidden monthly fees. For example, you keep 100% of collected late fees, we don’t charge homeowners for ACH payments, and there’s no fee for storing your association’s records. Our monthly management fee covers all services except actual mailing and postage costs. For added peace of mind, both our company and staff are fully bonded and insured.
HGC offers full-service HOA management customized to your community’s needs. We handle day-to-day operations including assessment collection, expense management, financial reporting, and budget planning. Our team coordinates tax filings, insurance coverage, and vendor services for repairs and improvements. We support covenant enforcement, architectural control, and provide prompt homeowner assistance. Homeowners also have access to a dedicated online portal for account management, payments, work orders, and requests.
Our management services are billed at 25% of the gross monthly dues collected. One-time fees include a $375 charge for file, account, and webpage setup. For capital expenditure projects, we provide full project management at a rate of 20% of the total project cost. Ongoing monthly costs for items such as supplies, newsletters, and postage are billed separately at actual cost.
